AR Murugadoss made
Gajjini and
Holiday in
Bollywood of
which 1 was a
Blockbuster and other an average grosser. Now he has come up with
Akira and this time it's a
sure shot washout flop! Movies with such weak script and poor direction either needs a
Salman or
Aamir to pull it off. Sadly both are not a part of this crap.
Sonakshi as
Akira Sharma is loud and irritating.
Anurag Kashyap is trying hard to replace
Mahesh Manjrekar as a baddie cop!
Konkana Sen Sharma as a pregnant cop is clue less of what she's actually doing in the movie??
Amit Sadh(was not required at all)....
Script of this movie has ingredients of
Damini, Gajjini, Ghayal all 3 served in 1 dish! Action sequences look good to begin with but starts irritating afterwards as this becomes too repetitive and predictable.
My rating 0.5 stars and my request to all - "avoid at all cost"....
